Made this earlier in the week. It's absolutely scrumptious. Didn't tell OH it was goat cheese until he'd eaten it and commented on the creaminess and lovely flavour. Had I told him before, he'd have turned his nose up! Can well recommend this one.

I did this Liz when had peeps for dinner including one veggie. Made some for him, and everyone else wanted one ! It is really delish and easy to make. I love goats cheese but not everyone does - good idea not to tell him lol

Liz,
Only really started using goats cheese prob within the last 6 months or so....and I really love it....always have it in the fridge and add to gnocchi with pesto or stir into risotto.....yummy...
Must look at Leek & Goats Cheese Tart....
