I made chocolate tarts, (using the Fairtrade choc truffle sauce from M & S) using the mini tartlet cases, sold in 32's, also from M & S. What a great party piece. I made them as part of a buffet meal and they were a huge success. Size of jam tarts, but filled with the lovely choc mixture.

Joyce, I`ve made them a few times are a firm favourite. Lovely with cream poured over at the end.

I read a previous thread that complained that the cases were too brittle, did you find them ok?

They can be a bit brittle but very buttery tasting. I`ve wondered if they would soften up a bit if I were to take the cases out the pack and leave exposed for a while.
