I used fresh, but would have no prob using frozen, however, it was delicious!!! Really tasty!!!

It was only with a simple steak and jacket pots Viv. To be honest though, it was so easy to do (apart from peeling the darn thing!) I can see it becoming quite a regular veg in our house.
