Could you use vegegel as a substitiute for the gelatine?

I'm quite a new convert to pannacotta. Had it in an italian restaurant for the first time this year and then made Gordon Ramsays one from his Healthy Eating book and was impressed with it. Shall give this a go too Gav, yours was beautiful!
