Not quite as planned - couldn't get the Blue Dragon Lemon grass so used Barts dried. Didn't put it in mini chopper just in the sauce whole and then removed as per the recipe on the jar. Even so it was still a very easy way to perk up a chicken breast and I'll certainly do it again.

I've made this before as well and it's also an excellent way to used leftover cooked chicken
