I have made this more times than i can remember, one of our fav's.
It's lovely, a great depth of flavour - doesn't taste like a cheat does it?
It's great- did it with beef and it worked just as well.
If anyone's still there, no Liz, it doesn't taste like a cheat at all. Interesting about the beef. I imagine it would be good with chicken, too. I often do chicken and chorizo in sandwiches when I have Bridge here.

I planned to do this recipe this week but have just realised that I have bought pork fillet instead of pork shoulder. Will that work or should I use the fillet for something else and get the shoulder meat?

Saucey, hope I'm not too late with this, I'd use the pork fillet for something else and use the shoulder meat for the Spanish pork.
