I've been spoilt with Delia's recipe in her Summer book Nor - superb. Tonight I will attempt Cheats Asian sandwich but using pork strips instead.

I just had a read of the Summer version, does look good I must say, but you should give this one a go Squeaks, it only took me twenty minutes to prepare, it's great is you are short of time.

I did the cheat basque a few weeks ago and it was a hit. Very tasty and so quick and easy.
