Good afternoon,
Last year I made some lemon curd, I felt sure I got the recipe from here, it was to make one jar. Can anyone help with the recipe please.

I looked at that but I only wanted to make one jar, I think I may of used a Nigella recipe but used lemons instead of limes, I will have to check.

Bramble has an excellent recipe for Lemon Curd in her profile... You make it in the microwave... very easy.... but it makes more than one jar. Perhaps you reduced the quantities? I have found that if you keep it in the fridge it does last quite a while.
