you all in bed reading the sunday's?????
I'm around and dipping in and out between reading the papers - not in bed though. Can't abide being in bed once I'm awake.
Am waiting for OH to finish making us brunch then off to my cousins 50th birthday party.
Nope, I'm here but am also desperately trying to catch up onthe housework. Been away the last 3 weekends and off to The Isles of Scilly next weekend so am conscious that the dust is starting to win! Am dipping in and out of Delia all the time!
Managed a couple of hours work in the garden, just had brunch and thought I would take a peek here while I finish my cup of tea. Then, back to the garden until the rain starts. Did some ironing whilst listening to 'The Archers'.
2 of daughters friends stayed overnight.....
just had poached eggs and salmon on toast and reading papers....OH watching motor racing and don't know where daughter is, prob in her room and I am doing crossword and popping on here....
hope everyone is having a nice day!! never mind the rain......

Back now from cutting the grass at my mother's house. The motor racing is on, so watching bits of that, too. Have also been packing.............and unpacking.....and...help!
Had an awful night's sleep. Big sis slept over and went into the kitchen during the night. Spotted a mouse. Aaaaaaghhh! Can't abide them. Lay awake for hours thinking there was one going to crawl over my bed. Went back to bed after breakfast and only just got up. This is what I call a really lazy day.

Had a lazy morning, and just finished off watching a film we didn't complete last night! Now off out to the Garden Centre.
PS Would you like to borrow a cat DS?
I did have a wonderful lie in with the Sunday papers after 10 hours blissful sleep. We were mad busy yesterday, after getting the housework done we headed out to town to see "La Machine". The crowds were crazy (and not good if you don't like crowds" but the spider was amazing, like something out of Independence Day. Headed back home later to make some Tequila Lime Chicken (wonderful). Today after the lie in, now loads of energy to get more things done in the house and also soak my fruit for my Creole Cake to make next week.
Later I plan on tarting myself up while watching a girly film!

Thanks Sheelagh - OH hates cats (but not as much as I hate mice!)
Out looking at furniture for the dining room yesterday and then drawing up templates to get an idea as to where said furniture will go.
Cooked Delia's Beef in designer beer for dinner with a ton of veggies.

No I'm revolting Sam. Not what you think, I'm leading a pensioners revolt on the OAP site where mum lives.
