Hello everyone,
I am keen to make a plum frangipane tart. the ingrediants include 2 teaspoons Kirsch. I was wondering if I can replace with any other non-alcoholic ingrediant. or it could be skipped without any replacement.
Thanks
RA

you could skip it altogether ... or exchange for an essence of your choice - almond perhaps.

please post the recipe if the tart is nice!

Although it's only two teaspoons of liquid, that is probably necessary for the texture of the filling. I would add some kind or juice, eg:- orange, apple, cranberry etc.

Cranberry juice would probably be a good sub for the sour cherry kirsch flavour
