This is in the oven at the mo and looks a bit dry....ought it to be or should it have liquid.....not sticking to casserole but just all liquid has been absorbed....anyone made this?

Hi Dolly, not made this myself yet, only had it in a cafe or tinned when I was sailing. The consistency was similar to a tin of baked beans, not as thick a sauce but not in a lot of liquid. If you have a little while to go I might add a splash of liquid, I don't think it should dry out. Hope you enjoy it.
OH getting very excited as I now have all the ingredients for the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. Thanks for your help on that.

Thanks for advice. Still have another 20 mins to go so have just been and added a little water. Lovely smell coming from the kitchen.
I must stop making desserts.....have still got one piece of Delia's truffle torte to eat up and I made it at the beginning of this week....
