I want to do your carrot and ginger soup with lime but it does not state in the recipe how much lime. Could you help me with this. thanks jeyjey

Sorry, I haven't been online for a few days! I put the juice of half a lime but you can add more to taste. it's a lovely recipe - given to me by a friend
