I agree GQ - I love some of Delia's Christmas recipes - the chocolate truffle torte - I think - is from that series, and also I regularly use some of the canape recipes Delia demonstrates - many of which lend themselves admirably to cheating....!

The trouble with watching it on UKTV Food is the adverts, they take up too much of the programme, you miss some of the recipes. When this series was first on the BBC many years ago I taped it, so I can watch it any time I want, without the missing bits.

Many of the recipes are on the "ultimate Delia" DVD, Violet eyes, if you could borrow a copy of that or pick one up on ebay. You will enjoy it if you like watching things at your leisure without pesky adverts!
