I saw that too, they are doing it on everything apart from the stuff people actually BUY........................

Why not food? I'd be in there like a shot!

I don't know kn ow why they are not discounting the food products either, JB. But OH and I are delighted. A month or so back we ordered a mattress and headboard online with M&S and it probably won't be too long now before they are both delivered. Anyway - M&S have even taken the discount off the amount we are paying for the items - I am amazed - and delighted! We were going to do some shopping around originally, but couldn't be bothered in the end, found exactly what we wanted at M&S online - so we're pleased we made that choice now! Thanks Mr. Stuart Rose!

Well Bromley M&S was HEAVING. All the tills were open and the queues to pay phenomenal. Anyway of course spent some money - got dad two shirts and myself a pair of trousers and a top. James, they were giving 20% off the vino as well so not all bad news !
Never mind CC - I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again before Christmas. How long till you are off the crutches ?

Went to M&S today .....Couldnt wait to get out of there ! it was like a free for all !! even the queue for the ladies took me 20 mins !! Where does everyone come from ? i thought there was a credit crunch !! Thank God for internet shopping !!
