Rhubarb: give them some stick!

From early rhubarb, much of it grown in Yorkshire and often called champagne rhubarb, due to the slight fizz on the tongue as you munch, to more mature sticks that add colour and flavour to so many recipes, it really is worth making the most of this wonderful fruit in Delia's recipes.
